Enlightened: The good for you ice cream! Review and Giveaway!

Who doesn’t love ice cream but we all hate the calories right?  Well I have a delicious alternative to traditional ice cream and it’s actually good for you! It’s called Enlightened!

With some flavors as low as 60 calories (the Chocolate and Snickerdoodle flavors) per serving, Enlightened ice cream is high in protein and fiber, low in calories, fat and sugar and made with all natural ingredients.  It’s chock-full of creamy swirls, chewy chunks, and delicious ingredients.

Available in 17 delicious flavors you’ll love them all – I do.

With flavors like Mint Chip, Sea Salt Caramel, Triple Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Frozen Hot Cocoa, Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Crunch, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Fudge Brownie, Black Cherry, Cold Brew Coffee, Bananas Foster, Birthday Cake, Red Velvet, Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, Triple Chocolate, Vanilla and my favorite Strawberry Cheesecake there’s lots of delicious choices and one to please all the ice cream lovers in your house.

Enlighten is available nation wide at stores like Shoprite, BJ’s Wholesale Club, General Nutrition Centers, Fresh Grocer and many more.  Just check the store locator on the Enlightened website for stores in your area – Enlightened Store Locator or let your fingers to the shopping for you at Amazon – click here for available flavors at Amazon.com

Along with the pint size varieties they also make delicious good for you ice cream bars in 8 flavors (Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl, Cold Brew Coffee Chip, Frozen Hot Cocoa, Fudge, Mint Chip Swirl, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Sea Salt Caramel and Toasted Almond) which can be found at many of the same store locations that carry the pint size varieties but be sure to check the Enlightened Store Locator for these as well.
